Hey everyone!
It's the second week of the Sparkle and Shine challenge over on the Art Impressions blog. I thought I would use the Pand-tastic set again. This time I'm pairing it with the Coffee Gift Card Holder die set. The Pand-tastic set is currently on sale too!
I stamped the pandas with Gina K. Designs Amalgam ink on Neenah Solar White 80lb card stock. I'll have the list below of the markers that I used. After coloring I used scissors to fussy cut the pandas out.
Mean while I used the coffee cup die on Neenah Solar White 110lb card stock. Then ink blended over the white card stock with Distress Oxide Inks. I used Twisted Citron and Abandoned Coral. After splattering the ink blending with clean water I set those aside to dry fully. For the cup wrap I used some pretty teal card stock and finished die cutting the inside card holder and also die cut the cup top in glitter card stock. I love added shine and sparkle with glitter card stock.
For the card bases I used a older stencil from Dylusions and Black Soot Distress Oxide ink. I also embossed the sentiment with Alabaster embossing powder on black card stock. The punny sentiment works so well with the coffee theme!
After adhering the coffee cup die cut to the card base and adding on the panda and sentiment, I also used a couple of glitter pends on the black parts of the panda bears. I used the Scrapbook. com glitter brush and also the classic Wink of Stella. Both are a fine glitter pen, but the Wink of Stella is a more golden color then the other. Which you can kind of see in the photo above.
Copic Markers Used:
W9, C7, C5, W4
C1, R81
That is all I have today! Thank you so much for joining me. Happy Stamping.
