I used the Concord and 9th Bitty Burst turnabout stamp in in blues and grays. I have a couple videos showing how to setup a turnabout stamp if you like to watch those go here.... (links go to my Youtube channel)

For the hello sentiment I used the Hero Arts Hello stamp & cut set. I like these kinds of sets from Hero Arts. They are affordable and you get many stamps and coordinating a die, which is pretty awesome. So I cut the hello twice once in plain cardstock and another with the aluminum foil tape over the cardstock. The tape is exactly that, tape. So it has it's own adhesive and easily sticks to the cardstock. This foil tape is used for many purposes including HVAC work. I think we bought this for when we had to replace our water heater, I'm "borrowing" it until we need it again. lol Tim Holtz also has foil sheets, that would work just the same. I've linked to those below along with the other products I used.
I did end up cutting down the panel to a 4in square and the black card base to 4.25in square and that was just to make the proportions more appealing. This still can be shipped in a regular A2 sized envelope.
I white heat embossed the secondary sentiment on to a piece of Simon Says Stamp black cardstock and but an angled end on the right with the new scissors from Fiskars that I bought. Then I tied a bow around the top with some cotton twine.

This would also give the same results as the foil tape I showed.
