Hello everyone! I felt like diving back into drawing, which I haven't done since Popcorn day (1-19-2018). I posted that on instagram. <-------- click
I've linked to all the products used if you are curious about an item or color. Just click on your preferred shopping site and purchase like normal. I only receive a VERY small portion of the sale and I mean small, but everything helps. (Papertrey Ink links are not affiliated, I link because their products are very good quality and I enjoy them)
I made this using Strathmore Gray toned paper and sketched/ colored the lips on that. The watercolor background is on Tim Holtz watercolor paper and painted using Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolor paints.
I originally was going to leave the lips art work in the Strathmore sketch book but I wanted a white background so I cut it out. I guess it's more of mixed media art but I love it.
I was definitley inspired by my love of make up. Specifically red lipstick! I wear all shades of lipstick but red is my favorite. Also my favorite colors are red and teal.
I have this listed in my Etsy shop as an art print. Both sizes
8x10 and 4x6 available.

I love the options of the 150 set but the 72 set is great too!
Blender pencils I use constantly and the accessory kit is amazing. I've been using the pencil extender a lot because my white pencil gets so short so quickly. Plus the erasers are great in this kit.
I love love love my pencil case. I have the first one but in the Metallic silver (looks Halo) but they have many colors in the PU leather and the last case I have in a smaller version but is great also.
This is a great pencil sharpener that I have been using. It does chew up a lot of pencil if you are not careful but it gets to a very sharp point. I also like the manual Prismacolor brand sharpener for sharpening to a fine tip when it gets just a little dull. Plus it's great for travel and doesn't require power!
Kimberly pencils are great and I found mine at Joann's with a coupon. As always I use Micron pens for everything.
Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors is a fantastic set. The colors are so vibrant and easy to work with. I use these on cards and specifically for projects that I am going to use a Art Prints. I don't believe the color fastness is great so keep that in mind.
