I also used some small stamps from the Animal Parties which is another Lawn Fawn stamps set. (Previous card using Animal Parties HERE)The little birds just add a little more color and personality.
Now, normally I would have popped up some of these layers to make it a more dimensional card but I wanted the ease of sending it in the mail. So it is pretty flat but by adding a busy sky pattern with the Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Christmas paper and the layered mountains with the rolling hills kind of brings alot of dimension already to the card with out having to add all the bulk that foam tape or fun foam would.
The vellum (Papertrey ink) clouds are die cut from an older die from Papertrey Ink, Heart-2-heart. I used my little Xyron 150 sticker maker to adhere the clouds to the pattern paper in the background. Fortunately the Xyron 150 lays down an even amount of adhesive so that it is not very noticeable behind the clouds. We all know how difficult hiding adhesive when using vellum can be. I would like to try this again but using a solid cardstock instead of pattern paper and seeing if it still hides the adhesive pretty well.
